We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

male salesperson

to join our team on a

commission-based role

. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong desire to achieve sales targets, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers to promote company products/services. Generate new leads through field visits, phone calls, and networking. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of sales, leads, and customer feedback. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Report sales performance and market feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

Male candidate preferred. Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (any stream). Prior experience in sales or marketing will be an added advantage. Good communication and convincing skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident personality. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.

Earnings:

Purely commission-based
