You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing transactions that drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Source, list, market, and sell commercial real estate properties (retail, office, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and marketing materials
Negotiate terms of sales and leases with clients and stakeholders
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records of activities and transactions in CRM systems
