We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across our Commercial Fit outs & managed services business. This role involves prospecting, client relationship management, and closing strategic deals across sectors like real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach.
Client Meetings: Conduct meetings (virtual/in-person) to present services and customized solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity tracking.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotes aligned with client needs.
Negotiation & Closure: Lead commercial discussions and close deals with decision-makers.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with delivery and technical teams for solutioning and execution.
Revenue Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
0 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial interior solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand our offerings and translate them into client benefits.
Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
