Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective negotiation and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, telemarketing, and technology sales, with a focus on utilizing CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving business development goals.
Duties
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and establish new client relationships.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and report on performance metrics.
Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing technical features and benefits.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients for future business opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales is essential.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Experience in customer service roles that emphasize relationship management is a plus.
