We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Sales Executive

with strong communication skills and a proven ability in

cold calling

to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound calls, pitching products/services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce the company's products/services Identify prospects through various sources such as databases, internet research, and networking Set up meetings or follow-up calls with potential clients Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow through with regular updates Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding

Requirements:



Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle objections and convert leads Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is a plus Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
