Job Description

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets Prospect for new business across assigned Cold call prospective clients to initiate sales opportunities Assess Members needs and present suitable products, services and solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with Members to ensure repeat business Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to Members Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement
Skills Required :-

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing skills Tenacity and perseverance in prospecting and closing deals Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships Consultative selling skills to understand Members needs Confident communicator with outstanding presentation abilities Disciplined approached to setting and achieving sales targets Active listening and questioning skills for needs assessment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional phone manner and networking abilities In-depth product and industry knowledge Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Social media, email and internet proficiency

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
