Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving jewellery sales by delivering excellent customer service, understanding customer preferences, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in customers and provide personalized jewellery sales assistance
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for gold, diamond, and silver jewellery
Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
Explain product details, pricing, schemes, and certifications clearly
Coordinate with billing, inventory, and store operations teams
Maintain visual merchandising and follow store SOPs
Key Skills & Requirements:
3-6 years of proven sales experience in the jewellery segment
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
Knowledge of jewellery products, purity, gemstones, and pricing
Presentable, customer-focused, and target-driven mindset
