Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess a maximum of three years of work experience in sales, preferably in a recruitment or consulting environment. This role involves utilizing essential skills in lead generation, Salesforce, and customer relationship management, alongside other critical sales strategies to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in lead generation, Salesforce, and customer relationship management (Mandatory skills), critical in driving new business opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data effectively.
  • Ability to analyze sales data to inform strategies and drive improvements in sales performance.
  • Understanding of B2B sales strategies to effectively manage customer relationships and close sales deals.
