Location: Chengannur

Salary: ₹16,000 - ?19,000 per month

Candidate Requirements

Graduate (any discipline) Must own a two-wheeler Immediate joiners preferred Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and Execute the Route Sales Plan

Ensure consistent coverage of assigned areas by following a structured route plan to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.

Achieve Sales Targets

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through effective planning, customer interaction, and strategic selling.

Conduct Regular Customer Visits

Build and maintain strong relationships by visiting clients frequently, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.Clearly communicate promotional campaigns, product benefits, and new offerings to drive customer interest and conversions.Motivate shop owners to stock and promote products, ensuring visibility and availability to end consumers.
