Identify and develop new international markets and overseas clients
Generate export sales leads through emails, calls, trade portals, and exhibitions
Handle export inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization
Maintain strong relationships with international customers and agents
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for timely dispatch
Prepare and manage export documentation such as:
Proforma Invoice
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading / AWB
Certificate of Origin
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
Track shipments and ensure timely payment realization
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
Achieve assigned export sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain accurate records in CRM / ERP systems
Provide regular sales and market reports to management
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of export procedures and international trade
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Negotiation and client-handling skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
Understanding of Incoterms, payment terms, and logistics
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel internationally if required
Preferred Candidate Profile
MBA in International Business
Experience in export sales from manufacturing or trading companies
Exposure to international markets USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa, etc.
Knowledge of DGFT, customs, and export incentives
