The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Negotiate prices, terms, and closing agreements
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions (CRM)
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales efforts
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve results
Good time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Experience
0-3 years of experience in sales (industry-specific experience is a plus)
