Job Description

We are looking for a driven and energetic

Sales Executive

to expand our customer base by selling software services to

retail shopkeepers, small business owners, and senior decision-makers

(like CEOs or partners). The role requires strong field presence, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of B2B sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct field visits to businesses, retail shops, and offices to pitch our software solutions Understand customer pain points and deliver tailored product demonstrations Educate business owners on software benefits (e.g., billing, inventory, CRM, customer engagement) Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calls, referrals, and on-ground visits Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide onboarding support and liaise with the support team for a seamless implementation Gather market feedback to refine sales strategy and product positioning

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in

field sales

or

product sales

Excellent communication and persuasive skills, especially with non-technical audiences Willingness to travel daily and meet 5-10 prospects regularly Familiarity with CRM tools, or similar platforms is a plus Basic understanding of mobile apps, demo delivery, and customer onboarding

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
