Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting our comprehensive portfolio of medical equipment and supplies.

Manage and develop sales within assigned geographic territory or account base Create and execute strategic territory plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth Prioritize daily activities to optimize time management and sales productivity Travel regularly throughout territory to meet with clients and prospects Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate medical equipment solutions Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, Close sales and achieve revenue targets consistently Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including physicians, hospital administrators, purchasing managers, and clinical staff Provide ongoing account management and customer support to ensure client satisfaction Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for technical support Act as trusted advisor on product selection, specifications, and applications Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM system (Salesforce or similar) Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates Track competitor activity and market intelligence Submit expense reports and manage territory budget responsibly Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare regulations and company policies Qualifications and Requirements

Education



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field preferred Associate degree with relevant sales experience may be considered

Experience



Minimum 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience Medical equipment, medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Experience with consultative and solution-based selling methodologies

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
