Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in sales of technical systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Networking)--preferably for government or large institutional clients. Technical understanding of CCTV, fire alarm, and networking products and standards. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with government stakeholders. Familiarity with government procurement processes and tender management. Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales management tools. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Additional certifications in electronics, security, or technical sales are a plus.

Ability to travel and collaborate across multiple government departments and project locations. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills for handling complex and compliance-driven sales cycles. Customer-focused approach and commitment to building long-term relationships.

Pay: ₹20,494.47 - ₹34,365.72 per month
