Job Description

We are looking for a

hardworking and target-driven Salesman

to join our

wholesale generic medicine business

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

on-ground sales, acquiring new clients (retailers, pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors), and bringing in bulk orders

. This role requires regular market visits and occasional travel to nearby states.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Ground Sales & Order Collection

Visit pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and distributors

to promote and sell generic medicines.
? Identify new customers and

convert them into regular buyers

.
? Take

bulk orders on the spot

and coordinate for delivery.
? Achieve

monthly sales targets

through effective pitching and negotiation.

Market Expansion & Business Development

? Expand the

retail & B2B network

by covering

Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh

.
? Conduct

field visits daily (10-15 clients per day)

to increase outreach.
? Develop strong relationships with

existing and new clients

to ensure repeat business.

Key Requirements:

Experience in Pharmaceutical / FMCG / Field Sales

preferred.
? Strong

negotiation & communication skills

.
? Ability to

convince retailers & hospitals to place bulk orders

.
? Willing to

travel frequently

for client visits and sales tours.
? Basic knowledge of

generic medicines & the pharma industry

(training will be provided).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
