Key Responsibilities
Sales and Lead Generation
: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through in-person meetings, networking events,
Customer Relationship Management
: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
Product Promotion
: Present products compellingly, highlighting unique features and benefits to drive sales conversions in both B2B and B2C markets.
Sales Targets
: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.
Market Research
: Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities to inform sales approaches.
Reporting
: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track performance, analyze outcomes, and suggest improvements to senior management.
Collaboration
: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and events, such as trade shows and pop-up events.
Qualifications
Education
: Graduation, Masters in Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
: Minimum 2 years of experience required
Skills
:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
Experience with both in-person and digital sales strategies.
Knowledge of electric smart products or retail sales is a plus.
