Sales Executive (Online Portals)

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Client Acquisition

Generate leads and acquire clients through online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. Draft proposals and pitch services to prospective clients. Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Client Communication & Coordination

Interact with clients via chat, email, and calls to understand project requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met. Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.

Market Research & Reporting

Identify new opportunities and trending projects on bidding platforms. Track, record, and analyze sales performance and conversions. Share feedback to improve strategies for online sales.

Qualifications and Skills



Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with freelancing/bidding portals is a plus. Negotiation skills and ability to build client trust. Goal-oriented and proactive approach to sales.
