We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven and highly motivated to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required).
