Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Present product/service offerings effectively to drive sales conversions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and customer satisfaction.
Maintain sales reports, client databases, and documentation as required.
Use data to identify new opportunities and refine business strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B.
Proficiency in Service Industry Managing trends.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office tools.
Ability to travel for client meetings.

Language proficiency: Hindi, English, and Punjabi

Salary: upto 25000 - 50,000/- (Target based + Incentives)
