Sales Executive

to join our team and lead direct sales across manufacturing, infrastructure, and related industries. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role ideal for someone with deep domain knowledge, strong industry connections, and a proven track record in B2B manufacturing sales. We are hiring in

Sales Executive



Drive full-cycle sales of

Terafac's AI-driven software solutions

for manufacturing--from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing. Leverage

existing relationships with manufacturers

to build trust, drive adoption, and increase market penetration. Identify

opportunities within production facilities and supply chains

where Terafac's platforms can enhance operational efficiency and drive measurable business value. Collaborate closely with

technical and product teams

to tailor solutions that align with client needs in manufacturing automation and optimization. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and track performance using

CRM tools

such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Represent Terafac at

industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events

to establish long-term partnerships within manufacturing.

Minimum Qualifications



5+ years

of B2B sales experience

specifically in manufacturing.

Proven success in closing

?5 Cr+ worth of manufacturing sector deals

in the last financial year. Must have prior experience selling to

factory owners, production managers, operations heads, and other key decision-makers

in manufacturing. Strong understanding of

manufacturing processes, industrial automation, and digital transformation trends.

Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, with a

track record of managing long sales cycles

.

Preferred Qualifications



Prior experience selling

industrial automation platforms, robotics solutions, or factory workflow technologies

. Extensive network within

manufacturing enterprises

, with connections to CXOs and senior executives. Experience in a

startup or high-growth tech environment

, demonstrating agility in sales strategy. Self-starter with

strong negotiation skills

and the ability to independently own and close deals.
