Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences.
Present vehicle features, specifications, and advantages clearly to customers.
Arrange and conduct test drives while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Prepare quotes, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to ensure seamless vehicle delivery.
Stay updated on product ranges, new features, and competitor vehicles.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements
Graduation in any stream (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform well in a target-oriented environment.
Knowledge of car financing, insurance, and loan procedures.
Valid two-wheeler license is mandatory (four-wheeler license preferred).
