Consultative Selling:
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer usage patterns and recommend the most suitable mobile device, operating system , and data plan configuration.
Proactive Follow-Up:
Utilize our CRM system to track sales leads, manage customer follow-ups, and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Product and Technical Expertise
Expert Knowledge:
Maintain expert-level knowledge of current devices, their specifications, operating system differences, key applications, and troubleshooting basics.
In-Store Demos:
Conduct compelling and interactive product demonstrations, showcasing key features like camera capabilities, security settings, and connectivity options.
Device Setup:
Assist customers with initial device setup, data transfer, email configuration, and app installation to ensure a seamless transition.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
2 -3years of proven, high-performance sales experience
in a retail environment; direct experience in mobile phones, telecom, or consumer electronics is mandatory.
Communication:
Exceptional one-on-one communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer Focus:
A passion for customer satisfaction with a track record of resolving complex customer issues quickly and professionally.
