Roles and Responsibilities:



Customer Engagement:

Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the showroom.

Sales & Service:

Actively listen to customer needs, assist them in selecting products, and provide detailed information on our jewelry, including design, materials, and pricing.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our gold and diamond collections to effectively communicate their value and craftsmanship.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Store Operations:

Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and appealing.

Problem-Solving:

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications:



Freshers can apply. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the jewelry or luxury retail industry. A strong passion for jewelry and an understanding of market trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. A customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing an outstanding shopping experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Malayalam.

Education:

Degree in a relevant field is a plus/Any degree.
