As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, and promoting our products/services. You will play a key role in increasing our market presence and achieving company sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
Identify new sales opportunities through various channels like cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
Product Promotion:
Effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
Market Research:
Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
Sales Targets:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience:
Fresher or at least 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferred, but not mandatory).
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Persuasiveness:
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively with customers.
Goal-Oriented:
A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Interpersonal Skills:
