Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the drive to achieve sales targets. This role is open to both freshers eager to learn and experienced candidates looking to take their career to the next level.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, and promoting our products/services. You will play a key role in increasing our market presence and achieving company sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Lead Generation:

Identify new sales opportunities through various channels like cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.

Product Promotion:

Effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services to potential customers.

Market Research:

Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.

Sales Targets:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience:

Fresher or at least 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferred, but not mandatory).

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Persuasiveness:

Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively with customers.

Goal-Oriented:

A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with people at all levels.

Time Management:

Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Basic Computer Skills:

Proficient in using MS Office, email communication, and CRM software (preferred).

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?27,652.14 per month
