Identify potential clients and generate new leads through field visits, calls, and references
Demonstrate Busy software features and explain benefits to customers
Understand client accounting needs and suggest suitable software solutions
Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide basic post-sales support
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with technical/support team for installations and client queries
Maintain sales reports, customer data, and follow-ups
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Commerce background
(B.Com preferred)
Minimum
[1-3] years of experience
in
accounting software sales
(Busy / Tally or similar)
Accounting knowledge
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to explain software to non-technical clients
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM)
Field sales experience will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in selling Busy, Tally, or other ERP/accounting software
Knowledge of GST compliance and business accounting processes
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
