Job Role: Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Sales Person
to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role focuses on promoting and selling our
Industrial Automation Training Programs
to students, engineers, and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads for training programs
Communicate with prospective customers via calls, emails, and meetings
Explain course offerings and guide candidates through enrollment
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up effectively
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Support marketing and outreach initiatives when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Passion for learning and working in a fast-growing education/training sector
Prior experience in sales, counseling, or business development is a plus
Ability to work in a hybrid environment
