Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate leads and schedule qualified meetings through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
Identify potential clients and cultivate strong relationships from initial contact to closing deals.
Conduct sales presentations and show demo to prospective clients.
Prepare customized business proposals.
Regularly follow up with leads and maintain client communication to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Manage complex negotiations and take help from senior-level executives to finalize deals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Any Graduate / Post-Graduate / MBA / BTech / MTech.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or in a team.
Prior experience in IT sales or business development is an advantage.
