Position: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Reporting To: Sales Head

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience

Salary Range :

35K - 60K (On the base of Relevant Profile and Interview Performance)

Industry: Retail / Furniture Manufacturing

About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can drive sales, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth in the optical retail furniture domain.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle incoming inquiries and leads by understanding client requirements clearly.

Connect with clients through calls/WhatsApp to explain products, solutions, and service offerings.

Share catalogs, photos, videos, and design options as per client requirements.

Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Arrange client meetings at the office or visit client sites for discussions, measurements (if needed), or closure meetings.

Coordinate with the design team for layouts, design changes, and approvals.

Coordinate with production, stores, and installation teams for smooth project execution.

Maintain regular follow-ups with all active leads to ensure timely closures.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.

Track project stages, keep records updated, and share regular reports with the Sales Head.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain CRM/lead tracker and ensure proper documentation of all interactions and updates.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing ability

Good presentation and client-handling skills

Basic understanding of retail/showroom interiors (preferred)

Self-motivated, result-driven, and willing to travel for client visits
