Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (b2b – Laboratory Products)

Job Description

1. Identify and approach potential clients across assigned territories.

2. Conduct market research to analyze competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.

3. Generate leads through cold calls, networking, references, and industry events.

4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

5. Present, promote, and sell products to prospective and existing customers.

6. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

7. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, decision-makers, dealers, and distributors.

8. Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution for satisfaction.

9. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals.

10. Stay updated on product specifications, applications, and market advantages.

11. Educate clients about product benefits and usage.

12. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records.

13. Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure order fulfilment.

14. Attend internal team meetings, training sessions, and industry events.

15. Perform area-wise customer mapping and track competitor activities.

16. Promote products in collaboration with company representatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
