Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you won't just sell -- you'll build relationships, drive impact, and represent one of the most innovative brands in India's infrastructure space. You'll be the face of RN Elements, working closely with clients, architects, structural consultants, and builders to expand our market footprint and drive measurable business success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
Collaborate with the management team on pricing, marketing strategies, and sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely reporting on performance.
Represent RN Elements at exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows when required.
Who You Are
Dynamic, self-motivated, and result-driven professional with a passion for sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to understand technical products and explain them confidently.
Eager to grow with a fast-scaling company.
1-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales (preferably in construction materials, building products, or industrial solutions).
Freshers with exceptional communication and drive are also welcome.
