We are hiring a

Senior Sales Executive

with proven experience in the

Building Materials industry

to drive sales growth and market expansion in

Barpeta and surrounding areas

.

The ideal candidate will have a strong

dealer/distributor network

, solid relationships with

Architects, Builders, and Contractors

, and experience in handling

private as well as government projects

.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop business through

Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Dealers

Expand and manage a strong

dealer/distributor network

across regions and the Northeast region Identify, track, and pursue

private and government project opportunities

Conduct detailed

territory mapping

based on segment, application, and market potential Achieve and exceed

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Maintain excellent

client relationships

and provide regular market feedback to management Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relations with stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile



Minimum 2 years

of sales experience (preferably in

Building Materials / Construction / Real Estate

) Strong professional network with

Architects, Builders, Contractors, Channel Partners, and Distributors

Proven track record in

business development, negotiation, and relationship management

Self-motivated, target-oriented

, and able to work independently Excellent

communication, presentation, and interpersonal

skills Willing to

travel extensively

within the assigned territory

Education



Graduate:

Any discipline (Preferred - BBA, B.Com, B.Tech)

Postgraduate:

MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales (Preferred)
