Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage incoming hot and cold leads from marketing and tele calling teams.
Understand client requirements such as number of floors, available space, and design preferences.
Conduct site visits to evaluate feasibility and gather technical inputs.
Deliver product presentations and explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
Build relationships with architects, builders, and homeowners to generate referrals.
Work closely with technical and design teams to prepare and send quotations.
Maintain and update client data and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
Follow up regularly with leads and push towards order closure
Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in real estate, interiors, or elevator industry. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Language proficiency: Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Ability to travel within the city for meetings and site visits.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and presentable.
Basic technical understanding of construction sites is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,521.52 per month
