Job Description

Client Handling



Explain project features, amenities, layout plans, pricing, and payment schedules. Identify potential buyers through calls, site visits, references, and online inquiries. Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients.

Sales & Booking Process



Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Handle booking forms, token amounts, and payment schedules. Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-up and receipts.

. Documentation & Coordination



Assist clients with documentation: agreement drafting, registration coordination, loan process guidance, etc. Coordinate with the legal team, bank executives, and internal departments.

Market Research



Keep updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends. Suggest strategies to improve sales performance.

Customer Relationship Management



Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers. Handle customer queries and provide timely support until possession.

Reporting



Maintain daily sales reports, inquiry status, follow-up sheets, and update management regularly. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance summaries.
