Key Responsibilities:
Broker Network Management:
Identify and onboard property brokers, real estate agents, and PG/hostel owners.
Visit key areas regularly to maintain strong relationships and generate leads.
Digital Lead Conversion:
Handle incoming leads from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Follow up via calls/WhatsApp and convert high-intent leads into paying customers.
Local Business Development:
Create partnerships with co-living spaces, housing societies, and PG owners.
Represent Voorent in housing clusters and local broker meetups to spread awareness.
Lead Generation:
Actively generate new leads through referrals, field visits, posters, and broker networks.
Share market insights and feedback with the marketing and operations team.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in sales, real estate, field marketing, or similar roles.
Strong Hindi and basic English communication skills.
Field-active with good networking and convincing abilities.
Self-driven and target-focused.
Prior experience in rental services, property sales, or channel sales is a plus.
