Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, generating new business opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships. Meeting assigned targets is mandatory and will form the basis for incentives and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? Achieve and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets (mandatory).
? Promote and sell the Hostel Management Application to hostels, PGs, and student housing operators.
? Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
? Conduct sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations.
? Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.
? Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
? Maintain accurate records of sales, customer data, prepare performance reports and update CRM regularly.
Qualifications & Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
? Minimum 1-2 years' experience in sales/business development.
? Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work under pressure and achieve results within deadlines.
