: Sales ExecutiveRole Overview



We are looking for a high-energy, field-oriented

Sales Executive

to drive our market expansion. In this role, you will be the face of the company, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a robust dealer network, and managing the end-to-end sales process from scouting to closing.

Key Responsibilities



Dealer Network Development:

Proactively identify, evaluate, and appoint new dealers and channel partners to expand our geographical footprint.

Customer Engagement:

Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits to build long-term relationships, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions.

Site Scouting & Market Intelligence:

Perform on-ground site scouting to identify upcoming projects, high-potential territories, and competitor activity.

Sales Outreach:

Execute daily sales calls to warm leads and cold prospects to pitch products and schedule demonstrations or meetings.

Lead Data Management:

Maintain a meticulous record of all leads, interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM/Lead Management system to ensure no opportunity is missed.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined territory management.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Experience:

1-3 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, or business development.

Communication:

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to communicate effectively in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi/Local Language].

Mobility:

Must possess a valid driver's license and a vehicle, as this role requires significant local travel (approx. 70-80% of the time).

Tech Savvy:

Proficient in using mobile apps for lead management, CRM software, and basic Excel for reporting.

Resilience:

A "hunter" mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
