We are looking for driven and energetic

Real Estate Sales Executives

to join our team. Where the candidate will be responsible not only for sales but also for

lead generation through both field work and follow-ups

. Freshers with strong learning ability are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and walk-ins Collect and verify leads from site and nearby areas Call, follow up, and nurture leads until closure Arrange and coordinate property site visits Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers Support negotiation and closing of deals Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Good communication and convincing skills Willingness to do field work and outdoor lead collection Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
