Real Estate Sales Executive -



Lead Generation:

Identify and contact potential property buyers.

Client Handling:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Sales Presentation:

Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.

Site Visits:

Arrange and conduct property tours with clients.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate terms and close property deals.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on real estate trends and competitors.

Reporting:

Maintain sales records and provide regular updates to management.

Customer Service:

Ensure client satisfaction before and after sales.

Skills:

Communication, negotiation, target-driven, self-motivated, market knowledge.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (Marketing/Business/Real Estate preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years in real estate sales (freshers can apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
