Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and dynamic
Female Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales to achieve company targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, calls, and online research.
Present company services to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales, client communications, and follow-ups.
Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and meetings as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident personality with a professional appearance.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
