Position:Sales Executive

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join PJS Bio Green Industries under our FMCG division.

Key Responsibilities:*

1. Develop and appoint channel partners / distributors in assigned territories.

2. Cover all retail outlets with targeted numbers.

3. Focus on major FMCG product sales as per company list.

4. Stay updated on competitors' activities and market trends.

5. Achieve 2% market share within one year.

6. Identify and utilize product sales potential in the market.

7. Meet monthly sales targets of ?8-10 Lakh.

8. Build 30% local sales potential through strong retail relationships.

9. Maintain proper market feedback and reporting.

Candidate Requirements:*

Minimum 2 years of experiencein FMCG sales (same trade preferred).
Must possess a valid driving license and own bike.*

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

Salary Structure:

Gaya: ?10,000 per month

Patna: ?15,000 per month

Ranchi: ?15,000 per month

Incentives and performance bonuses available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
