Job Description

Responsibilities



Identify and target potential clients to generate new business. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Plan, organize, and host site inspections and familiarization trips to showcase the hotel's facilities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue opportunities. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of the hotel's market and competitive landscape. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
