Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Real Estate division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Meet and exceed sales targets for residential and commercial projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with potential buyers.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and follow-up schedules.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional events and campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of local real estate market and trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
