Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and key retail partners.
Identify and appoint new channel partners in line with market potential and business goals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Monitor dealer/distributor performance and provide support through product training, promotional activities, and incentive schemes.
Conduct market research to understand competitor activity, customer preferences, and emerging trends.
Coordinate with the supply chain and production teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
Drive visibility and branding initiatives at dealer points through POS materials and local promotions.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.
Resolve dealer/distributor issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Key Requirements
:
Education
: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
Experience
: 3+ years in channel sales, preferably in the
textile
industry.
Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor networks, preferably region-specific.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
