We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in BPO Sales and Lead Generation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in
client acquisition, lead conversion, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality leads through various channels - cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.
Identify and engage with potential clients for BPO services.
Convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements effectively.
Maintain detailed reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in BPO sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work in afternoon shift timings*.
