BM Distributors, a leading name in the automobile distribution sector, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle existing dealers and develop strong market relationships across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the car or automobile industry, possess excellent market knowledge, and be ready for extensive field travel. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing dealers across Tamil Nadu.
Visit dealers regularly to collect payments, take new orders, and ensure timely product delivery.
Identify and develop potential new dealers or business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to management.
Conduct periodic product demonstrations, dealer meets, and promotional activities.
Ensure dealer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer details, and market feedback.
Submit tour plans, expense reports, and performance updates as per company policy. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3 7 years of experience in automobile (car) industry sales dealer network handling preferred.
Proven experience in on-field sales, payment follow-up, and dealer management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively (touring is compulsory).
Good knowledge of Tamil and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license. Work Location:
Base Location: GP Road, Chennai
Territory Coverage: Tamil Nadu (Frequent travel to Coimbatore and other major districts)
