We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage the sales of Bitumen and Allied products in Taloja . The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience with a focus on the infrastructure, construction, or chemical industries. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, and building long-term relationships with clients, all while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
:
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the infrastructure and construction sectors to expand market reach.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.
Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to stay ahead of market changes.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Bitumen, Emulsions, or related industries.
Proven track record of sales achievement in infrastructure, construction, or chemicals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within the Mumbai region to meet clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
* Knowledge of bitumen or emulsions products and their applications is a plus.
