We are looking for a

motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, visits, and follow-ups Promote and sell company products/services to potential customers Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions Follow up with existing customers for repeat business Coordinate with the marketing and support team Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management

Requirements & Skills

Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream) Good communication and convincing skills Ability to work under targets and pressure Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM (preferred) Positive attitude and self-motivated nature Field sales experience is an added advantage Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
