Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives by selling construction materials to retail customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's construction materials, including features, benefits, and applications.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position products.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customer segments.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
Product Presentation:
