Job Description

Sales and Target Achievement



Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Promote and sell three-wheeler vehicles (passenger and cargo) to individual and commercial clients.

2. Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales customer service. Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.

3. Market Research & Prospecting



Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and trends. Identify and visit potential clients such as logistics companies, retail businesses, or fleet operators. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and participation in exhibitions or roadshows.

4. Product Knowledge and Demonstrations



Develop in-depth knowledge of the three-wheeler models, features, specifications, and pricing. Offer test drives and demonstrations to customers. Explain product benefits, financing options, insurance, and after-sales services.

5. Documentation and Reporting



Handle all documentation related to vehicle sales, including booking forms, registration, finance papers, etc. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups. Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.

6. Coordination and Teamwork



Coordinate with the finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Work closely with dealership staff, vendors, and logistics for timely vehicle delivery.

7. Promotion and Branding



Support promotional campaigns, roadshows, and marketing events. Distribute marketing materials and showcase brand values.

8. Territory Management



Manage and develop the assigned sales territory or region. Ensure proper visibility of vehicles and promotional materials at various touchpoints.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
