1 to 2 years' experience in sales experience, preferably in selling industrial products (lubricants, chemicals, industrial equipment, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Regularly visit and engage with clients in target industries, primarily cement industries, textile industries, and other manufacturing factories.
Identify new business opportunities, present product solutions, and secure orders to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our lubricant products, their technical specifications, and their application in various industrial machinery.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and technical personnel.
Provide market and competitor feedback to the management team.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, activity plans, and forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering background is required.
Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain lubricant applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a defined territory.
Willingness to travel extensively.
